What is the material that is used?
The most common material we use is 1/8” steel. All of our signs and firepits are constructed from this material.
What is your turn around time?
Our turn around time varies depending on time of year and how many other projects we have on the go at that time. Typically, we aim to have a sign designed, cut and completed in powder coat in a 2 week turn-around time. A fire pit can take a little longer and we usually state a 3 to 4 week turn-around time on a fire pit once the design is confirmed and ready to be cut and produced. Keep in mind that we are a small, family run business and take pride in ensuring you are 100% satisfied with the quality of our product.
What is typical size and price of a sign? How is it finished?
Sizing varies for all of our signs; however, our standard size is 2 ft x 2ft (monograms). The price of this type of sign starts at $140.00 including HST and can increase from there depending on size, custom requests etc. We can customize size and price as per your needs for the space you will be hanging the sign. Smaller custom signs start at $100 including HST, we will always quote you a price on your product before we proceed with producing it. We have all of our signs finished in powder coating to ensure long lasting effects and the option to hang outdoors. These prices are subject to change at any time.
What is typical size and price of a fire pit? How is it finished?
The standard ring size of our firepits are 31” in diameter, once the top rim is added around the top to finish it off, the diameter then becomes 38”. All of our firepits are 12” in height. We finish our fire pits in a black high heat paint that helps them withstand the elements they are exposed too. The price of a basic firepit without the top rim is $300 including HST. If you would like to add the top rim, the price will be $400 including HST. These prices are subject to change at any time.
Do you offer shipping?
This is something that we are still currently working on when it comes to trying to ship our products. Of course, we have the option to look at shipping any of our sign products however this would come at an additional cost. We have not yet perfected a way of shipping our fire pits due to the size and weight of them. We have mainly been relying on local pick-up and delivery and arranging to meet our customers for locations that are a little further away. We will always confirm this upon receiving an order from you to ensure we can get your product to you in a timely manner.
Do you have a physical location? How do you take orders?
We do not have a physical store location at this time and operate from a privately run location. Typically, we use Facebook, Instagram, e-mail and phone to communicate and take orders from our customers. When communicating with our clients in regards to fire pits, we usually request that you take a look through all of the fire pits that we have completed and if there is something similar to what you are looking for as far as images are concerned, feel free to take a screenshot of them for reference when trying to relay to us what you are looking for. If there is an image you are looking for specifically that you do not see on any of our existing fire pits, you can send us a picture (google image for example) of what you are looking for and we will do our best to find a similar image that will work on your custom fire pit.
What payment type do you accept?
We accept visa, master card, e-transfer, cash and cheque.
What other services do you offer?
We also offer bending services of material up to 12ft in length and 3/16” thickness. Welding services also available. We have many years of welding experience and can weld just about anything!
Fire Pit Hazards
Please read the following information in regards to our products and fire rings.
Our signs and fire pits are made of steel in order to hold up to any outdoor elements that they may have exposure too. Due to the nature of the material and design of our products, some of our products may result in sharp edges on detailed cut outs from the CNC machine. We do our best to clean these images to the best of our ability to reduce or eliminate these sharp edges but please be aware of these risks. These edges can be very sharp and can pierce the skin if contacted with enough force.
